Mt. Tam Spring Equinox Medicine Wheel Ceremony

The Medicine Wheel is an ancient, powerful navigational way of life employed by Indigenous peoples throughout the world for health and healing.
We will initially meet at the Whole Foods on Miller Ave in Mill Valley, then caravan together to assemble atop Mt. Tamalpais, the Sacred mountain of the Coastal Miwok, Pomo and Ohlone Nations for a Ceremony to create a Medicine Wheel (Sacred Hoop of Life) in honour and celebration of the seasonal shifts and thresholds and to Pray for All of Our Relations. Everyone is welcome.
